At QRSansar (qrsansar.com), we value your privacy and data rights. This page outlines how you can request deletion of your account and any personal data stored on our platform.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
All stored data will be permanently deleted, including your:
- Saved QR codes and related project data
- Dynamic QR codes and scan analytics
- Uploaded documents
- Landing pages
- Profile and login credentials
- Usage history associated with your account
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
If You're Logged In
You can delete your account by following these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the deletion
After this, all associated data will be automatically removed from our system.
Request Data Deletion Manually
If you are unable to log in or would prefer to submit a manual request:
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Submit a message with the subject: "Account/Data Deletion Request"
- Include:
- Your registered email address
- Any specific data you want deleted (if partial deletion is requested)

- We do not share, sell, or retain your personal data beyond your consent or legal compliance.
- Deletion of your account is final and includes all services provided by QRSansar under your login credentials.
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling and deleting your account will end your access to premium features at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests within 14 days of purchase, see our Refund Policy.
